CPHI Pharma Awards recognition highlights desire for patient-centricity
We are delighted to share that we are celebrating our continued success as a finalist at this November’s CPHI Awards. Running alongside CPHI Frankfurt, the award ‘Excellence in Pharma: Digital Innovation’ recognises innovation in digital technologies, products, processes, initiatives and services which drive value in pharmaceutical development and improve patient outcomes.
Congratulations to all finalists, and to the winners, ATMPS, for their innovative work with Haatali – interoperable platform for vein-to-vein tracking of advanced therapies globally.

Delivering a win-win result through patient-centricity
Our entry explored how our A Life in a Day of a Patient with Heart Failure experience, developed with AstraZeneca and delivered to its UK sales teams in support of a new product launch, resulted in a sustained 20 percent increase in patient-focused conversations with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and help achieve greater sales.
Being patient obsessed, we deliver our programmes to pass on this approach to patient care to all our participants. Putting the patient at the very heart of any business decision not only benefits the patient, which is undoubtedly something we all want, but also brings demonstratable benefits to all stakeholders.
As companies adapt their approaches to become increasingly patient-centric, we are seeing more and more action-led results from our A Life in a Day experiences. Why not explore our available therapy areas and get in touch to see how we can enhance patient empathy within your teams?
