Meet the fantastic new talent driving patient centricity
Part one – meet the A Life in a Day team
As 2022 comes to a close, we introduce and recognise our new starters committed to empowering our clients deliver on their patient-centricity promise.
Paul Gascoigne, Creative Director
Paul joined The Method as Creative Director in June 2022. Following 20 years of creating live, digital and hybrid experiences for many of the world’s most recognisable brands, he guides the Creative Team in developing and delivering each new ‘A Life in a Day’ experience.

Why did you join the team and what do you enjoy most?
Purely and simply, I joined The Method to not only create great experiences, but to create experiences that make a difference.
Having always been driven by an attempt to cause a lasting real-world effect through meaningful and authentic engagement, ‘A Life in a Day’ continually surprises me with its capacity to inspire and influence both perception and behavioural change. If – in my small way – I can contribute to the kind of change that makes patients’ lives even just a little better, I am surely in the right place.
What inspires you?
People. I am inspired by the craft, innovation, and dedication of the ‘A Life in a Day’ team. I am inspired by the commitment to do better and trust of our clients. But most of all, I am inspired by the resilience and open-hearted honesty of the patients who enable us to tell their stories.
Kelly Bibb, Client Success Manager
Kelly joins as the new Client Success Manager at ALIAD. She comes from a background of project management for a corporate events agency – with extensive experience in project management and implementation of events both in the UK and overseas.

Why did you join the team and what do you enjoy most?
A close friend of mine participated in the ALIAD CKD experience earlier in the year and raved about it. It was unlike anything that I’d heard of and I immediately knew this was what I wanted to be part of. When a vacancy arose, I jumped at the opportunity.
What inspires you?
Music, good food, kind and caring people
Barbara Fusco, Financial Controller
Barbara joined the Life In A Day team in January 2022. She has been living in the UK for over 10 years and worked in finance for the last eight.

Why did you join the team and what do you enjoy most?
“I joined the team because I loved the flexibility the company would offer with a fully WFH role, and I was intrigued by the ALIAD app but also by the mysterious acting techniques used in The Method. It seemed to combine both the right career level and an increasing curiosity around the brilliant ideas generating the business activities. ”
What inspires you?
“Great ideas and clever, successful people”
Bianca Claydon, Business Development Manager
Bianca joined the team in September 2022 and is passionate about working with people – from working frontline supporting those experiencing homelessness to now supporting individuals to put the patients at the centre of what they do.

What do you enjoy most about what you do?
“I have always found the behaviour of individuals interesting and my degree in psychology allowed me to explore this further. What absolutely fascinates me about the programme we offer are the emotional reactions we see from people who take part. The feedback is truly inspiring and thought-provoking! It’s not just an experience to help you understand more about a condition, it increases empathy and the desire to make a positive change.“
What inspires you?
I love hearing people’s stories! I am inspired by what they have achieved, what they have overcome in life, what emotions they have felt, and how experiences have shaped them as a person. We all have our own unique story, which when shared, can create connections with others.
Rebecca Parry, Project Facilitator
Rebecca hit the ground running as our project facilitator, picking up work on multiple new experiences released in 2022 and upcoming content for 2023.

Why did you join the team and what do you enjoy most?
“I love how this company, and the role, merges creativity with medicine. Additionally, it is great to be able to join a company where I know the work we do every day matters and makes a difference.”
What inspires you?
“Working with a great team and seeing the resilience of the patients. Knowing that what we’re doing can make the lives of these patients just a little bit easier, and the world around them a little bit more understanding.”
Zara Nadim, Finance Officer
Growing the finance team, Zara lends her skills as a finance officer whilst studying for her AAT.

What do you enjoy most about what you do?
I joined the method because I was searching for a finance job where I could implement the knowledge and skills, I acquired throughout my AAT studies. This role was perfect for me because it required just that. Prior to joining the method, I had surface level understanding of the company although from what I had researched online I was intrigued to say the least. The company values of be kind, be sharp and ahead, are values I am proud to align myself with and want to contribute to the remarkable change in patient centricity the company offers.
What inspires you?
Learning and acquiring new skills to expand my knowledge.
