Celebrating Success: Reflecting on Our Patient-Led Journey

Edit: We are now shortlisted for the 2026 awards for one of our latest experiences – watch this space!

“Deeper Insights. Better Outcomes.”

We talk a great deal about our mission, both internally and externally, because while it is a simple concept, it can drive profound, long-lasting results.   The concept is simple: step into the shoes of a patient for 24 hours to truly understand their journey.

Our entire team is incredibly proud of what we are contributing to the industry, driving better outcomes directly for the pharmaceutical and healthcare teams that we work with, and the lives of patients, families, friends, carers, and the community. This is why we are honoured to shortlisted for the UK Pharma Industry Awards Best Patient-Centric Initiative Award!

With the results announced in September 2025 (one month to go!) we are looking forward to attending an event with so many other people dedicated to delivering better patient outcomes in the industry.

The nomination has also led to reflection within the team. We recalled a project with another client recently, where by stepping into a patients’ shoes, they gained valuable insights that directly informed their strategy. Their commitment to driving patient-led results was so successful that they were later recognised internally with awards and accolades of their own – and this was not the first time this has happened. It is a great feeling to receive further external recognition, but it’s even more rewarding to see our clients succeed.

Innovation does not stop, so our drive to support the industry continues. And it is driven by the continual feedback from our clients. The “aha!” moments, the newfound appreciation for a patient’s decision-making process, the change in communication between peers and others, and the renewed sense of purpose. We welcome every message and success story and are extremely thankful that we can share just one of our own.

So, to everyone who shares their feedback, and to the patients who share their stories and help shape what we do: thank you.
