This heart month, join our open immersive experience

In speaking with patients, whose stories go on to help form the challenges in our immersive exaperiences – making them as true to life as possible – we find that their biggest unmet needs can often lie in empathy, as Claire shares with us when talking about living with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM).

This month, in connection with Heart Month, we are opening our HCM immersive patient experience to individuals, allowing anyone to get involved and walk in the shoes of a patient.

Why an open experience?

This is not a standard patient video, slide deck or even interactive workshop. It is a unique 24-hour experience tweaked over years with in-depth conversations with patients, healthcare providers, carers and other medical professionals.

We want to encourage anyone working, or adjacent to, pharma or healthcare to experience the journey for themselves, which is why we have made the decision to make the experience accessible on a month close to us all. It does not matter if you work with cardiovascular conditions or not. The experience still serves as a powerful, unique insight into the reality of living with a chronic condition.

It develops a deep level of empathy and inspires tangible actions that benefits all patients, regardless of the condition.

The experience delivers true patient-focus, bridging the gap between clinical insight and patient understanding, which has been proven to drive fantastic outcomes in industry. So that is why we are so excited to be able to roll this out amongst individuals and smaller teams for the first time ever.

Empathy is not only a powerful tool, it is also universal. The lessons learned from walking in the shoes of a HCM patient translate across whatever you may do.
